Washington DC - White House

We are invited to the White House!


Ashley, my co-worker and I prepared our iterinary for our Washington DC trip from Virginia. Since we got to work half day that day, we have to really plan our trip to the White House. Estimated time of stay must only be one hour. So it was a challenge for both of us to beat the time.

 Here we are to board this bus to L' Enfant Plaza Station.

After a long walk, thank God we are here now at our destination.. the White House! We made it in 30 minutes from the Plaza Station.

And that is our trip to Washington DC. We really enjoyed it though we had to beat a one-hour limit.. and we did. We came home before California reaches 9 am. Since Washington DC is ahead of 3 hours so we had 3 hours left to make it to Washington DC. This includes the travel time back and forth (2 hours), and the walk to the White House (1 Hour). It was such a great opportunity to visit this place since i only watch this on movies when i was a kid... now ive been here.

  Now back to work. Hope i could setup another server in UDC2 again so i could go to Mt. Rushmore. (1 long day drive)

Tagaytay Trip

It was such an impulsive act when we decided to go on an unplanned trip to Tagaytay. With my cousin Chino and my brother Dick, we enjoyed the night talking about anything, stuffs only the 3 of us will understand... secrets we cannot reveal to anyone..
Firstly ofcourse we buy some beer at 7-11 Tagaytay branch... and took some pictures there.

That was 500 bucks we are burning... for Manila Beer and some junk foods....

Since tagaytay has a cool weather, its a good thing to light up some fires..

Funny since we are too impulsive of our actions, we did not bother to bring some bottle opener..

so my cousin here really tried his best to find something that could help us open the bottles.

I think he is having a hard time looking for something to open it..

but since he is determined to drink, he found a screw driver and he used it to open the bottles. Is it luck or its just all because of the alcohol?

There you have it... the impulsive trio having fun at a wonderful spot in tagaytay..

For the road..

It was a date to remember: Aug 15, 2010 where the impulsive trio namely Chino, April, Dick had fun in Tagaytay.. thinking about "nothing" but just fun stuffs and good memories..

Hope we could come back here again soon..

MOD Cover Girl

I was thankful to be one of the top 20 finalist for MOD Cover Girl Search. The search started last January 2010 and we got our first photoshoot with my new model friends.

Dec 3, 2010 was the MOD Cover Girl Finals night.

Here i am together with my MUA (Vea), MOD Cover Girl (Stephanie) and my close friend (Kristine)

Party! Party!

Stephanie Sol got the title as the Ms. MOD Cover Girl. THey call it "Stephistication"

After the event, we went to Dencio's and ate dinner with my college friends who supported me (patrick,edison), my family (mommy,lyn), officemates(marian,aisa,uzziel,rein,franco)

Thank you for a wonderful experience. It was a dream come true to ramp on stage and be one of the finalist for a beauty pageant.

Still planning to pursue my modelling career.. well see :)
